I started research by conducting interviews with field experts and proxy users and discovering the user needs. Also, I made deep research and study of competitors to identify users' gains/pains/jobs. For this network was decided to create a new Design System with new style guidelines to make the GTHE outstanding from previous company products. To test the design was created an interactive prototype was and conducted several speak-out-load sessions with proxy users. It helped me to find out the needed changes in the app before the launch of the product.
After iterating on the design, I conducted a couple more testing sessions with interactive wireframes. When I was satisfied with the current version, was prepared detailed user flows, functional, and system requirements. Then, following the requirements and guidelines I created all the missing pages and states to hand off to developers.
The interaction starts with registration in Care.Wallet and singing in the GTHE network. After the user can use search for a needed doctor and book an appointment (Telemedicine consultation).
In the app also many additional functionalities help the user communicate with the doctor and take care of himself. For instance, users can answer "How are you feeling today?” give information about themselves to a doctor.
