














We held workshops with Solution Owners, Product Owners, Business Consultants, and Developers.
This step was crucial for quickly defining the project's foundation: the overall business context, current pain points, and the vision for the desired Reservoir Management System (RMS) experience.
Following the workshops, we met with internal and external users to validate and refine our initial findings.
This helped us clarify complex processes, define the key product sections and features, and understand the essential gains and pains to support the product's overall vision.
- We conducted a focused competitor analysis to ensure a strong market strategy. This work provided the evidence needed to:
- Assess our position and define market gaps.
- Identify competitor strengths/weaknesses and our product advantages.
- Back up key design changes and solve usability issues early.

Based on research on common tools for 3D modeling (3D Max, Blender 3D, Maya Autodesk), we established that there would be top navigation, and left navigation.
